The ranges listed below are intended to give you a general idea of my pricing structure. Since each project varies in complexity and length, my rates vary by project. Contact me for a quote on your project.

Writing and review

Writing ranges from $0.30 to $0.50 per word. Proofreading, copy editing and moderate to extensive rewriting range from $0.01 to $0.20 per word. Since review and editing are priced by the word, I must receive your document or representative sample before I can give you a firm estimate. Upon request, I am willing to provide a five page sample review or edit.

Student assistance

Proofreading/editing of student papers is typically available for $8 per page. This is negotiable depending on deadline and complexity of services requested.

I am only available after the 15th of each month for student assistance, except for minor questions and concerns. In order to ensure you are pleased with my turnaround time, we need to agree on a time frame upon acceptance of each project. Unfortunately, since several students have failed to pay for work I completed for them, I require payment up front. I accept payment by credit card via PayPal or by check through the U.S. Postal Service.

Promotional materials

My rate for design and copy development is $75 per hour. Projects typically range from $100 to $300.

Web site maintenance

My rate for Web services is about $75 per hour, depending upon the complexity of the services requested.

Other Services

If you would like my assistance on any project that is not listed, please contact me. I am very flexible and willing to work with my clients to develop creative solutions that meet their deadlines and budgets.

Terms and Conditions

In most cases, I require a 50 percent deposit to begin work on a project; the remainder is due upon completion of the project. I accept cash, checks, money orders and credit cards (via PayPal). Checks must clear my bank before work on any project begins. All funds must be in U.S. dollars.
